got it signed at the modlife bus at warped tour. there was a thing where if you became a premium member $25 that you could get into the meet and greet and so i met angels and airwaves and had tom sign it there 
he wasn't too interested in talking to people i guess cause it was in the 90s and he was tired...so he wasn't very friendly, but i am happy that i got it signed
